Everyone Counts

One and Zero are two of the most AMAZING and impactful children’s books I have ever read, or read to someone else!
Kathryn Otoshi is an award winning author/illustrator, best know for her character-building number/color book series: One, Zero and Two. Her book One, has received fifteen awards and sold over 100,000 copies.
A true wonder woman, she travels across the United States taking to children about the messages in her books: bullying, helping others, developing friendships and reaching your dreams.
Her words are meant for children, but apply to adults as well. My favourite quote of her’s “Everyone Counts” is perhaps more poignant now, than ever before, considering the social impact of our current pandemic, especially on children.
